John Harrington

Another member of the original 4, John has been with us since the beginning. He is by far one of our most dependable and skilled technicians. He is a graduate of the Westfield State College Computer Science Department

As a lead technician, John is responsible for more than just his own customers and work. Assisting John Bowen and Dave Alger in getting things done while mentoring other techs and interns keeps him on the top of his game.

John is by far our best field service technician. He excels at customer communications and his technical and diagnostic abilities are seldom rivaled. We often wonder how he keeps up with his work load, but we never have to worry. At the end of the day, we have nothing but complete jobs and happy customers. If John is in your building, rest assured your problems are as good as solved.
